Information we collect

When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name and email address. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details — we never see or store your full card number. When you generate a mileage log while signed in, we store the generated log and the configuration used to create it so you can re-download it later.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service: authenticating you, processing subscription payments, storing your generated logs and templates, and responding to messages you send through the contact form. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Neon (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (application hosting), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the contact form). Each receives only the data required to perform its function.
