MileageLogGenerator produces synthetic mileage data for testing and training accounting workflows, software, and processes. The data it generates is fictional. You may not use generated logs as, or in support of, tax documentation, expense claims, reimbursement requests, or any other representation of real vehicle travel. Fraudulent use is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Features marked “Coming soon” are under development and are not a guarantee of delivery.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Generated data is synthetic and provided without any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MileageLogGenerator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any use of generated data in violation of the acceptable-use terms above.
